Following the live audition at the prestigious University of North Texas (UNT) College of Music in February 2012 (where Niels' attendance was made possible by an overwhelming response from the local community in attending the Audition Fundraiser Concert), Niels has been offered a place at UNT in the Master of Music - Jazz Performance program, commencing in August 2012 in Denton, Texas.

Come and see Niels' last concert under his own name in Australia, before he heads off to the USA for a couple of years to undertake this prestigious higher degree.

Joining Niels in this performance are renowned musicians and great friends presenting a program of hard-bop classics and contemporary tunes - just plain fun!

Proceeds from the concert will go towards Niels' tuition fees at the University of North Texas.
